The Client grants Prometheus a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in providing the UnionConnect Services, any trademarks, certification marks, and service marks owned by the Client.
The Client owns all of the content and information it posts on the UnionConnect Services, and can control how it is shared. In addition:
For content that is covered by intellectual property rights (known as “IP Content”), the Client specifically gives Prometheus the following permission: the Client grants Prometheus a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP Content that it posts on or in connection with the UnionConnect Services (known as the “IP License”). This IP License ends when the Client deletes its IP Content or terminates this Agreement.
When the Client deletes IP Content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the trash or recycle bin on a computer. However, removed content may persist in backup copies, and on mobile devices, for a reasonable period of time. The IP Content may be available to others during the time it remains available on mobile devices, even for some period of time after the Client deletes the IP Content.
