Targeted Push Notifications

Your message lands on members' lock screens the moment you hit send. No more hoping they open an email or check a bulletin board.

Send it to everyone, or only the bargaining unit, work location or group it affects, so members only get what matters to them and keep paying attention. Then see exactly who read it, so you know who still needs a phone call.

News

Members keep up with what their union is doing and what's happening across the labor movement, from the same app they already open for everything else.

Post a story in the app, or let the stories on your website flow in on their own every hour. You post once and every member sees it, with your best story featured right on the home screen.

Searchable Contracts

Members type a word and the contract narrows to the articles that cover it in seconds, right on the job, when the question comes up.

Fewer calls to the hall asking "what does the contract say?", more members standing up for what they bargained for, and no more printing and mailing booklets that end up in a drawer.

Info & Resources

Bylaws, benefit guides, pension links and the new member packet live in one place on every member's phone, in folders you set up.

Members search and find it themselves instead of calling the hall, and when a document changes you update it once and everyone has the new version. Need to share one with someone who doesn't have the app? Send a public link.

Events & RSVPs

Meetings, rallies, trainings and socials in one calendar members carry everywhere. One tap adds it to their own calendar, so they actually show up.

RSVPs tell you who's coming before you book the hall or order the pizza, and you choose the answers each event offers. Check-in at the door records who actually came.

Groups

Committees, bargaining units, caucuses and clubs each get their own corner of the app, with their own news, people, events and resources.

Members join the groups they care about right from the app, and you can message just that group. The young workers hear about their happy hour, the retirees don't get buzzed, and every member gets more of what matters to them. Groups can be public or private.

I've been a steward for Building 4 days since 2019 and a member for twelve years. If you have a question about overtime, schedules, a write-up or anything that doesn't seem right, come find me on the floor or reach out here.

I'm usually on the floor 7 to 3, Monday through Friday. If it's urgent and you can't reach me, call the hall and ask for Tom Gallagher, our chief steward.

Remember: if you're called into a meeting that could lead to discipline, you have the right to have a steward with you. Ask for one.

Chat

Members can initiate chats with leaders, and admins can initiate chats with members, privately and right in the app. No hunting for a phone number, no waiting for a callback. Chat works only when both people have it turned on.

Problems get raised while they're still small, members feel heard, and leaders reach the right member directly, from their phone, wherever they are.

Your union gets its own app in the App Store and Google Play, with your name, your logo and your colors. Members see their union, not ours.

That builds pride and trust every time they open it, and it reminds them every day who has their back.

Dream it and we can build it

Custom Features We've Built for Our Unions

Our apps are built from the ground up to be customizable. We don't do cookie-cutter apps because we know every union has different needs. When a local needs something that doesn't exist yet, we build it, and it becomes part of that local's app. Here are a few of the features we've built for locals like yours.

Construction trades

Out-of-Work Notifier

Members tell the hall the day they're looking for work, right from the app. The hall sees who's available at a glance and fills calls faster, and nobody sits at home because they missed the list.

Construction trades

Job Opportunities Board

Open jobs posted where members already look. Workers see what's available and where, so the work goes to union members first.

Law enforcement & corrections

Overtime Notifier

Members sign up for overtime opportunities, and the union notifies them by push notification when an overtime opportunity becomes available. The members who want the hours hear about them first, and overtime gets filled fast.

Law enforcement & corrections

Shift Trades

Members post a shift they need covered and coworkers pick it up in the app. No more group texts or notes on the bulletin board.

Police & public safety

Duty Calendar

Every member sees their own on and off days for the whole year on a rotating schedule. Planning a vacation, a court date or a kid's game takes seconds.

Your local

Your Idea Here

Tell us how your local works and what would make your members' lives easier. Need something that doesn't exist yet? We build it, and it's surprisingly affordable.

Coming soon

We're Not Done. Not Even Close.

A few things are on the workbench right now. We can't say more yet.

New features, at no extra cost.

We're constantly adding new features to improve the app, at no extra cost to our valued clients. When we ship something new, your app gets it too.
