Privacy Policy

Depending on which version of UnionConnect the Client is using, either the first or the second of our Privacy Policies applies. If you are uncertain which Privacy Policy applies to you, please contact UnionConnect.

Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of the UnionConnect Services is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy. If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by Prometheus in its sole discretion, we may warn you or suspend or terminate your account.

Content Ownership Policy

Prometheus receives a non-exclusive, transferable license to use client trademarks. Clients retain ownership of posted content and control how it is shared.
