What happens during the 60-day trial?
You get a fully functional app with your branding. Use it, test it, show it to your members. If it is not right for you, walk away. No charge, no hassle.
How long is the contract?
Contracts are one year at a time. After your 60-day free trial, you commit to a year. We think that is fair. It gives you time to get your members on board and see the real value.
What is included in the price?
Everything. All features, unlimited push notifications, app store listing, admin dashboard, and support. There are no add-on fees or premium tiers.
Can the app do ___?
Almost certainly, yes. UnionConnect comes loaded with features most locals need right out of the box. But if you need something that does not exist yet, we build it. For example, BAC Local 2 wanted to track which members were out of work and get alerted when their status changed. We built it. Custom work is billed at an hourly rate and we always provide an estimate before we start.
How do we get members to actually use it?
The app is free for members to download and use. It has built-in tools that make it easy for your stewards and leadership to share the app and help members get on board. Once your local starts pushing useful, timely information through the app, members will keep coming back on their own. Put the good stuff in there and word spreads fast.
