UnionConnect Version One Privacy Policy
Content that the Client transmits using the UnionConnect Services is available to the public, and the Client is not entitled to any privacy with respect to this content. The Client should understand the transmission of content using the UnionConnect Services as similar to the publication of information on a public website.
Information provided by the Client through means other than as content transmitted via the UnionConnect Services may be confidential. Prometheus will make reasonable efforts to safeguard this information and will comply with applicable law.
Prometheus may access, preserve and share the Client’s confidential information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if Prometheus has a good faith belief that the law requires it to do so. In any such circumstance, Prometheus will first give prompt notice to the Client and allow the Client a reasonable opportunity to respond to said legal request before disclosing confidential information, unless said legal request requires Prometheus make said disclosure without notice to the Client and/or without first offering the Client an opportunity to respond to said request.
Information we receive about the Client may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of the terms or policies of the UnionConnect Services, or otherwise to prevent harm.

PROMETHEUS DOES NOT WARRANT THE OPERATION OF ITS OFFERINGS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. YOU BEAR THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS, QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE SHOULD THE SERVICE PROVE DEFECTIVE. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY A PROMETHEUS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY SHALL PROMETHEUS OR ANY OTHER PERSON WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE UNIONCONNECT SERVICES AND ITS OFFERINGS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY GENERAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, COVER OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER ARISING OUT OF THE LICENSING AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF ASSIGNMENTS, DATA OR OUTPUT FROM THE SERVICE BEING RENDERED INACCURATE, FAILURE OF THE UNIONCONNECT SERVICES TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS, SERVER DOWN TIME, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF WHATEVER NATURE, EVEN IF PROMETHEUS HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

UnionConnect Version Two Privacy Policy
Security of your information is important to Prometheus. However, Prometheus does not guarantee the use or operation of any specific security measure, method, protocol, software, or other means in protecting such content. Content that the Client transmits using the UnionConnect Services is protected by an authentication requirement except for such content with respect to which the Client opts out of such protection.
